1.  Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days and are shipped and delivered 7 days a week, including weekends.
Please note: We do not process orders on public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Charges:

We currently ship for FREE within the United Kingdom.                                                      No minimum purchase required. No hidden fees.

We currently ship at a charge of $40 to USA & Canada.                                                    All applicable customs fees, taxes, and import duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, carrier disruptions, or high demand.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

2.  Damages and Lost Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact Nylish as soon as possible.

If you received your order damaged, please send a clear photo of the item and the packaging to orders@nylish.co.uk.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, as they may be required for inspection or claims processing.
